Description:

Hand distressed wood and hot rolled steel reception desk. 

This rustic industrial reception desk is the perfect welcome desk, welcome kiosk, or information desk for any office or retail store. With its distressed wood and hot rolled steel construction, it is sure to make a statement in your lobby.

Each desk is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. The main body of the desk is CNC cut for easy assembly and shipping, and the front and side slats are repurposed wood that has been burned stained and beaten to give it a unique rustic look. The top riser of the desk is hand-carved to simulate the look of live edge beach wood.

This reception desk is made with real wood panels, not a printed laminate pattern. This means that the visual appearance of each desk will vary due to the natural variations in wood grain.

Create Your Own Design

With our new modular desk solutions you can choose from 8 different 2 foot cabinets, either 42 inches tall or 36 inches tall. Mix and match to create the desk you need. Each cabinet connects to the others on any 2 foot side, giving you literally hundreds of ways to assemble your welcome center furniture design. Each cabinet features leveling feet, laminate body and laminate counter tops (your choice of Wilson Art standard laminate). The 2 foot x 2 foot square cabinet features the above plus a locking door and drawer with aluminum wire pulls and an adjustable shelf. Cabinet sizes are shown in the image below:

This modular welcome center system is designed for those looking for a beautiful custom designed look and feel but may not have the full budget to get it. This lower cost solution is treated with the same care and quality of craftsmanship as all of our custom cabinetry. These are not prefabricated “cheap” cabinets. These cabinets are still custom built by our team of professional carpenters at the highest of standards for commercial quality furniture. Please allow four to six weeks for construction.

The addition of a second-tier fold down counter space increases surface space to accommodate additional volume needs. Built with optimum mobility and utility in mind, the welcome cart also features locking doors and drawers and a beautifully designed sign that is sure to capture the attention of all who pass by …a wonderful addition to any visitor center.
